Cops nab man suspected of bombing parents

GUA MUSANG: Police have arrested a 27-year-old man suspected of planting a home-made bomb on his adopted parents' motorcycle that resulted in their gruesome deaths on Wednesday.
Kelantan police chief Deouty Comn of Police Datuk Mazlan Lazim said that the couple were rubber tappers and had been identified as Cha Mok Liong and Fong Ah Fong, both 72, and on their way to the Malaysian Rubber Board office here at 9.10am.
"The motorcycle blew up just three kilometres from their home at Kampung Batu Papan 2 here.
"The home-made bomb is believed to have been planted in the motorcycle's battery section," he said.
DCP Mazlan added that the suspect, who was adopted by the couple, has two children and was arrested at his home at 10.30am.
He added police were still investigating the case and had classified the incident under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
