Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin says Umno must not be an observer and stay silent to protect the interests of members who do not continue on the party’s struggle.
“Umno cannot stay silent when corruption has become a culture and the trust is betrayed.
“Umno cannot be deaf (membisu) when the party has not prioritised the struggles of the Malays, but protects the interests of a few members under the guise of loyalty and discipline,” he said in his Facebook posting today.
Khaled said the time had come for Umno to move forward, for its members to be more proactive and dominant.
The Facebook message was posted at 11.30am today and has since garnered more than 6,200 likes and more than 660 comments.
