Kuala Lumpur's Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) received numerous complaints and cheating cases where several companies had promoted 'umrah' packages at very low prices. The KL Police branch has identified the companies which had organized such packages and are said to be operating in the Klang Valley.

Investigations led to the arrest of an individual who is believed to be part of these cases. Police are now looking for 3 more individuals, as pictured, to come forward and co-operate in further investigations.

The suspects' details are as follow:

The Kuala Lumpur Police advises the public who may have fallen victim to such cheating cases to make their police reports. The public should also verify and make sure that the companies that offer the umrah packages at extra cheap prices, are genuine, before payment and bookings are made. Any information that can help the police in these cases would be helpful.
