Sabah cops seeking seven foreigners over two shooting-cum-robbery cases


    KOTA KINABALU: The public is urged to b'e on the lookout for seven foreigners, for suspected involvement in two armed robberies in Sabahs east coast.
    Sabah CID chief SAC Datuk Salehhudin Abdul Rahman said the seven men were wanted to facilitate investigations into two shooting-cum-robbery incidents in east coast Kinabatangan last week.
    The suspects, are believed to be involved in a payroll grab that saw 50-year-old plantation manager Yuen Wing Wah shot dead and estate owner Danny Wong, 30, injured in the same district on April 13.
    A similar incident occurred few days later on April 17 when a 50-year-old sundry shop owner was shot in the chest by one of four 'hitchhikers' in broad daylight.
    He lost two watches and a handphone, but managed to escape by speeding off immediately after being shot.
