SUNGAI BULOH: Police have nabbed a Latin American house break-in gang responsible for over 10 burglaries in the Klang Valley.
Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said Sungai Buloh police and Bukit Aman CID special task force on organised crime (Stafoc) nabbed three men during raids in Puchong on Sunday.
"Those arrested include two Colombian men and a Guatemalan national. With these arrests, we have managed to solve several house break-in cases," he said.
Sungai Buloh OCPD Supt Junaidi Bujang said police had been tracking the suspects since they committed a burglary in his jurisdiction last week.
Officers managed to recover a huge cache of stolen goods, he added.
