The US singer shows no sign of slowing down at his second ever performance in Malaysia.
Popular R&B star John Legend played a sold-out concert in Kuala Lumpur earlier today at the Plenary Hall, KL Convention Centre.
Legend, 35, was on top form as he played an intimate, unplugged set of his chart-topping hits like All Of Me, You & I (Nobody In The World), Ordinary People andSave Room to an appreciative crowd who, although seated, could still manage to move along to some of the songs.
The concert had sold out weeks ago, much to the dismay of many fans who were hoping to score a few tickets at the last minute. “The tickets are all sold out!! WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG #devastating #JohnLegend,” wrote one fan on Twitter, with several others voicing similar statements.
This is the second time the US singer has performed in Malaysia; Legend was last here in 2011 as part of the line-up for the KL Sunburst Music Festival.
On Sunday, Legend played a one-hour show in Singapore (pic above, taken from the singer's Instagram account) for the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix event. Other performers who played at the event include Jennifer Lopez, Robbie Williams, Pet Shop Boys and Mayday.
The John Legend Live In Kuala Lumpur concert is organised by PR Worldwide.
