Fulham 1-4 Sunderland
A hat-trick from Adam Johnson and a solitary Ki Sung-Yueng goal gave Sunderland a 4-1 victory over a struggling Fulham.
Johnson put the Black Cats ahead with a 25-yard free kick, before Ki made it 2-0 from Johnson's set-piece. While, Stevel Sidwell grabbed one back for Fulham just after halftime.
Johnson got his second with a low shot, before completing his hat-trick from the penalty spot.
The win moves Gus Poyet's men into 19th on the table one point adrift of West Ham, who occupy 17th spot, while Fulham remain rooted to the bottom of the table.
Everton 2-0 Norwich
Goals from Gareth Barry and Kevin Mirallas secured a 2-0 win for Everton over Norwich City at Goodison Park.
Barry opened the scoring with a powerful 20-yard strike, which was also the midfielder's 50th Premier League goal.
Mirallas sealed the three points for the Toffees with a stunning free kick from 20-yards.
Roberto Martinez's side are up to fourth after the victory, While Norwich remain in 15th position.
Cardiff 0-2 West Ham
Goals from Carlton Cole and Mark Noble were enough for West Ham to beat a stubborn Cardiff City in Wales.
Cole opened the scoring with a finish from close range in the first half, before Substitute Andy Carrol set up Mark Noble to seal the points for the Hammers.
West Ham did finish the game with 10 men after James Tomkins was sent off after receiving a second yellow for a high boot on Fraizer Campbell.
Sam Allardyce's side move up to 17th in the standings above Cardiff, who drop down to 18th.
Southampton 1-0 West Brom
Adam Lallana's 66th minute strike secured a 1-0 win for Southampton against West Brom at St Mary's.
the Saints remain in 9th on the table, while the Baggies occupy 14th position.
