2 Rela Members Jailed For Breaking Into Deputy Home Ministers House,

2 Rela men jailed over break-in

KUCHING: Two Rela members who forced their way into the house of Deputy Home Minister Datuk Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar were jailed six months at the magistrate's court here yesterday.

Alloy Ali , 42, from Kampung Pinang Jawa and Nurul Azmie Lewis, 30, from Rancangan Perumahan Rakyat Taman Sri Jaya, Matang pleaded guilty and were charged with trespassing and attempted burglary.
Alloy had a police record with seven offences that included break-ins and snatch thefts while Nurul Azmie also had a police record.

If you break into a house you get only 6 months jail???. What nonsense? The Judiciary should come up with guidelines for their magistrates and judges so that when giving sentences it is more consistent - bestfbkl
