BEST BUKA PUASA AMBIANCE

Back by popular demand the Royale Chulan KL Buka puasa buffet its back at the Mahsuri Courtyard, which is spacious and gives a kampung feeling as you dine, with sounds from a waterfall and all.

The live kitchen stalls manned by the chefs ensure you get fresh and hot dishes.  Quite a number of dishes are prepared there and then. As the dishes run out, it's freshly cooked and topped up.


KAMBING GOLEK,  SATAY, RENDANG & LEMANG

As in all Ramadan Buka Puasa Buffet's the "Kambing Golek" is  the main star of the buffet. You can expect some of the best tasting roast lamb cuts here to go with their Park Arab Briyani rice.


The Chicken & Beef Satay and the Rendang & Lemang stalls are not to be missed.

They have a medley of Malay, Chinese, Indian, Japanese dishes prepared, for your buka puasa feast.


SIGNATURE DISHES & STALLS

Their  signature Ramadan dishes for you to enjoy include the  Nestum Prawns, Chicken Rice, Kuey Teow, Ikan Bakar, Sup Gear Box, Ayam Golek, Roti John, Murtabak, Pasembor, Lok-Lok and many others.



-The Kung Fu Wok stall gives you freshly cooked Kuey Teow.

-One of the more popular stalls were the Itik Salai & Nasi Ayam and Briyani Amaa Stalls

- For Lok- lok fans you have a huge number of ingredients to choose from!!!

- For those who enjoy Dim Sum, they had about 5 varieties to choose from.


SLIPPER LOBSTER

Some of the interesting dishes  to accompany their Nasi Minyak include Seafood Paprik , Mutton Peshwari, Grilled Minute Steak. Chicken Madras Salan, Fish Masala and Gulai Ikan Masin Talang. 

The Marinated Grilled Slipper Lobster and Lala Kam Heong dish were among the diner's favourite.


 Other hot dishes include Pak Choy, Roast Potatoes, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and even a Ayam Kicap Madani!!!

The Malay Kampung dishes include Bubur Lambuk, Lontong. a variety of Ulam-Ulam and pastries.

The Maggie Udang stall was something that is rarely seen.


IKAN BAKAR STALL

One of the stars of the night must be the Ikan Bakar Melaka stall. They simply had some awesome dishes from different types of fishes, prawns, crabs, squid and mussels.

The Roti Mamak Maidin stall was another crowd favourite with their Murtabak's and Roti Canai.

Other dishes include Kangkong Sotong , Apam Balik and Pizza.

 JAPANESE STALL

The Japanese section gives diner's a good variety of sushi and sashimi.


DESSERT TENT

The "Dessert Tent" will keep you coming for more with their hot desserts,  cakes, mousse, bubur and traditional Malay pastries.  The "Chocolate Leleh" was popular with chocolate lovers!

HOT & COLD DRINKS SECTION

To wash it all down they have a wide variety of drinks for you to choose from. Don't miss their Teh Tarik and Coffee.

We can assure you that this will surely be a buka puasa session that you and your loved ones will enjoy.
