#Showbiz: Not for public consumption, says Neelofa on IG photo slip-up

KUALA LUMPUR: Some fans of popular TV host Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor were taken by surprise yesterday, when a photo of the 29-year-old sans hijab was posted on her Instagram.
The photo which was posted saw her having a facial mask on, without a headscarf.
In the caption of the photo, she wrote how the steroid injection had made her skin dry up and face swollen.
Realising her mistake, she quickly deleted the photo and swiftly explained the blunder in an Insta-story entry moments later.
She wrote: “Was meant for my ‘close friends’ view only. Sorry guys for the heart attack. Lol.”
Those who saw the photo initially thought that Neelofa’s IG had been hacked by some irresponsible quarters.
Neelofa started wearing the hijab in 2014. She later co-founded Naelofar Hijab with her sister Noor Nabila, which is now a successful hijab brand, both locally and globally.
Its sales for the first year of operation alone hit RM50 million.
