Former PM Najib Razak upset that the wedding gifts of his daughter Seized by Police, stating In-Laws were Very Rich
BEST FBKL:
In a Must Watch Video of ex PM Najib Razak giving an "arrogant" speech to his supporters in Pekan, he basically has said majority of Malaysian like me, were fools to believe Pakatan Harapans false representation that the country was in trouble. It was actually in good shape.
He believes majority of Malaysians fell for Pakatan Harapans false promises and propaganda especially on youtube. He also said he was upset that the wedding gifts of his daughter was seized by the Police, stating that her In-Laws were Very Rich.
Has he not been reading about all the issues that have been enearthed since PM Tun Dr Mahathir took over???:
- Very especially the statements by senior officers like Tan Sri Gani Patail that they were going to charge the ex PM before they were removed from office with regards to 1MDB.
-That the initiative to eliminate GST and Road Tolls have begun
- The Uncovering of the Magnitude of the 1MDB debt and how it will burden the country in the future
- The Break in ranks even in BN about the 1MDB issue and GST.
- NOT TO MENTION about all the stuff that has been found during the recent raids, although it's likely from his recent speech he is going to claim it was presents and donations.
It seem the GE14 loss has not taught his anything about understanding the heart beat of the Rakyat and what they really want.
I’ve been treated badly, says Najib
FMT Reporters | May 20, 2018
His children and wife have come under pressure, and the authorities even seized baby shoes belonging to his grandchild, he tells Umno members.
UPDATED
The former prime minister tells constituents in Pekan of police seizing his grandchild’s personal items.
PETALING JAYA: Former prime minister Najib Razak today lamented that he had been treated badly despite having ensured a smooth transition of power after Barisan Nasional was defeated at the general election.
“My wife and kids have been put under pressure. They even raided my children’s homes.
“They even seized baby shoes belonging to my grandchild as well as my children’s wedding gifts,” he told Umno members in Pekan.
Yesterday, Najib had said he was disappointed with the indiscriminate manner his children’s personal belongings had been seized.
Three apartments at Pavilion Residences, two of which belong to his children, Norashman (Ashman) and Nooryana Najwa (known as Gina), were recently searched, as were Najib’s former office at the Prime Minister’s Department, the official residence of the prime minister and his residence in Taman Duta.
Najib also addressed those who accused him of wanting to declare an emergency to hold on to power.
“As someone who holds on to the principles of democracy, I accepted (the election results). I gave up my powers in a good way.
“But I am not treated well,” he said.
Najib claimed his family had been under pressure from certain parties and his children were not spared.
“What has 1MDB got to do with wedding gifts?
“If they want to take items, they must have proof. There must be a prima facie case against me that the items were illegally obtained,” he said.
He added his daughter’s wedding gifts should not surprise anyone as she had married someone from Kazakhstan who was of a high standing.
“Doesn’t my daughter deserve wedding gifts? She is married to someone who can afford it in Kazakhstan. Not someone who receives BR1M,” he said.
“What is wrong if my daughter’s father-in-law wants to give something? What has Kazakhstan got to do with 1MDB? Nothing.”
He said the folks in Pekan, where he is MP, were aware that he is not a thief
