PETALING JAYA: Traffic along the North-South Expressway is back to normal following the accident at Menora Tunnel Monday afternoon.

Plus Malaysia in a Tweet at 1.16pm said that traffic was now moving smoothly along the tunnel located at KM261.4 of the North-South Expressway, northbound towards Kuala Kangsar.

It is learnt that two cars collided into each other in the tunnel, and the force of the impact caused both cars to turn turtle.


A Fire and Rescue Department spokesperson said they received an emergency call at 11.31am.



Traffic started building up at the tunnel after the accident.
