Reading of charges for 'monster dad' takes two days

PUTRAJAYA: The Sessions Court here completed reading the remaining charges against a "monster dad" who allegedly sodomised his 15-year-old daughter.
The 36-year-old divorcee appeared calm but hung his head low when the charges were read out against him before Judge Yong Zarida Sazali on Thursday.
The suspect, a unit trust agent, was also in court Wednesday, when the first round of charges were read to him.
At 11.55am Thursday, the court finished reading the remaining 440 sodomy charges against the man, making it a total of 626 charges.
He pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The suspect, who arrived at the court complex at 8.50am, was hounded by the media as he made his way into the courthouse.
However, no one was able to get a clear shot of his face as he covered it up with a grey T-shirt he was wearing.
He is being charged with sodomising the girl for six consecutive months between January and June this year.
According to the charge sheet, he is said to have sexually assaulted her several times a day.
