Dr Vida's Facebook hacked
IPOH: Vida Beauty Sdn Bhd founder Datuk Seri Dr Hasmiza Othman has lodged a police report after her Facebook account was hacked.
Hasmiza, popularly known as 'Datuk Seri Vida' or Dr Vida, also lodged a report against another individual who opened a Facebook account impersonating her.
She detected a Facebook account impersonating her and duping about one million people in the social site at 1am on Thursday.
She said many of her photographs were uploaded in the Facebook and the captions on the pictures were like those she had used
"The owner of the account promised lucrative prizes to the followers such as free branded handbags," she said.
Hasmiza said she uploaded a status in her Facebook on the same day about the cheating, but a few hours later she could not access her Facebook account as it was hacked. - Bernama
