Payment for United States visa applications can be made over the counter at designated Maybank branches from February 1, the US Embassy in Kuala Lumpur said.
It added however that over-the counter payments will no longer be accepted at the Standard Chartered Bank from next month.
Visa applicants can also continue to pay their visa fees via electronic fund transfers or using online payment platform JomPAY.
