KLANG: A contractor has lodged a police report after claiming that a neighbour had been sexually harassing his wife.
The 34-year-old man, who only wanted to be known as Goh, said the neighbour had several times appeared naked and masturbated in front of his wife.
He said the neighbour lives in the opposite block of the couple’s condominium near Bukit Tinggi here.
“We live at the first floor while the man lives on the ground floor at the opposite block.
“The first incident happened last Saturday when my wife was parking her car after arriving from work at about 4.30pm.
“He (the neighbour) suddenly appeared naked in front of his unit and started masturbating,” Goh said when met here on Friday.
“In fact, he has been targeting her for several days, and it happened each time she leaves or comes home,” he said.

After returning from his working trip from Johor on Monday, Goh said he and his wife, who is in her late 20s, decided to "gather" evidence and take pictures of the man.
As he had his camera ready, Goh said he saw the man appeared naked in front of his home and was about to masturbate after seeing his wife.
“I was about to take his picture when another man who happened to walk by shouted at him.
“My neighbour quickly turned around and hid. I only managed to take a picture of him naked from the back,” he said, adding that the couple had lodged a police report the next day.
It is also learnt that the man had escaped in his car driven by his wife and did not return to their house since.
A police spokesman confirmed receiving a report and were looking for the man to assist investigations.
