KUANTAN: Police are tracking eight individuals to help investigate the rioting case at Genting Club, Genting Highlands last Saturday.

Pahang Police Chief Datuk Seri Yahaya Othman said in a statement that all the men were detected as a result of further inspection of the club's closed circuit camera (CCTV).

They are Lim Yong Sen, 43, last address in Taman Kempas Utama, Johor; Tay Kim Dar, 44, address in Taman Sri Lalang, Kota Tinggi, Johor; Ong Jun Chuan, 39, from Taman Desa Kempas, Johor and Ivan Koh Zhen Yee, 23, from Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang, Selangor.


Also wanted is Khor Soon Tit, 24, whose address is Taman Bakap Indah, Sungai Bakap, Penang; Swe Kah Fai, 25, Pasir Bogak, Pangkor Island, Perak; Tan Chun Hou, 22, Taman Impian Indah Alma, Bukit Mertajam, Penang and Hos Yin Bin, 46, from Pandan Jaya, Selangor.

He said the police had previously arrested four local men involved in the case and had been charged in the Temerloh Magistrate's Court.

"All of them pleaded guilty and were bailed at RM2,200 while waiting for the case to be mentioned again on April 17," he said.

Yahaya therefore asked the public or independent witnesses who have information related to the incident and the suspect to come forward to assist the investigation by contacting the District Control Center (DCC) of the Bentong District Police Headquarters via 09-2222 222 or any nearby police station.
