Due to high demand, one more day added to Ella Puteri Kota concert
Kuala Lumpur: Due to overwhelming demand, the organizer Hitman Solutions has added one more day for the Final Volume: Ella Puteri Kota concert taking place at the Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil, here on June 11.
CEO and Founder of Hitman Solutions, Rohit Rampal, said they didn't want to disappoint fans who missed out on buying tickets on June 10 after it sold out within 24 hours.
"At the request of many who sent direct messages and tweets on Twitter, we decided to add one more night to Ella's concert.
"We will make this happen specifically for Ella's fans," he said.
Ticket sales for the second night will go on sale tomorrow at 12 noon at www.hitmanlive.com .
Yesterday, Ella set a new record when tickets for the concert Last Volume: Ella Puteri Kota 'sold out' in just 24 hours for Malaysian artists that were once organized at Axiata Arena.
Concert tickets that went on sale at 12 noon yesterday sold 50% in just two hours.
However, sales were temporarily halted as more than 25,000 flooded the website waiting to get tickets. The flooding resulted in the purchase process being disrupted.
The organizers immediately resolved the issue and the sale resumed at 5pm on the same day.
As symbolic of 35 years in the music industry, Ella will deliver 35 hits including Sepi Sekuntum Mawar Merah, Standing In the Eyes of the World, Sembilu, Baldu Biru and Retak.
