Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay appointed as the new CID Director (JSJ) with effect from 16 April - PDRM Secretary

 Director of the Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department (JSJN) Datuk Seri Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay will be appointed Director of the Criminal Investigation Department (JSJ) with effect from 16 April.

Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) Secretary Datuk Noorsiah Mohd Saaduddin said the appointment was made following the mandatory retirement of the incumbent, Datuk Seri Abd Jalil Hassan.

"The appointment will take effect on April 16," he said in a statement today.

Before assuming the position of JSJN Director, Ayob Khan had been Johor Police Chief since March 2020.
