Over the Festive Season and New Year I was looking for a reliable laundry service and decided to try a few so that i can share the review on this blog.
Since our society is getting used to the online phenomena of ordering stuff and getting things delivered to our doorstep, pickup and delivery of the laundry and being present online was one of the main criteria's.

The booking process was very efficient and easy. They have a very good customer / user friendly website.

Pick Up is free for most parts in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya that they had in their coverage area for a RM15.00 minimum order. You can check their website for information on the coverage area.

The Price schedule is clearly stated on their website so you are clear on what the charges are.
Before the laundry is delivered back they will send you the invoice by email, you have a choice to pay by online banking or pay at the door on delivery back of your laundry.
The Wash and Fold Service is just RM3.50 per Kg.
They even wash Shoes, bags, caps, baby troller and etc.. They have a Curtain take down & installation services (Extra fee applied)
TURN AROUND TIME:
Now the best part is the the turn- around time. Normal laundry is delivered back in 1-2 days and dry cleaning items - 2 days. I could not believe it until I experienced it myself. The Laundry was done very well and matched the quality of any 5 star hotel.
Same day delivery back (Express Service) is also available for bookings before 12,00pm, off course for a 100% surcharge. If you have an urgent function the next day this cost is nothing as long as your garment is cleaned. The minimum order is RM30.00
