Azmin named Pakatan Harapan's Election director

KUALA LUMPUR: Pakatan Harapan today appointed PKR deputy president Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali as the pact's election director for the 14th General Election.
The oppositon coalition in a statement signed by Pakatan Harapan Chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said that Azmin will reinforce the pact's election committee chaired by Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
"Pakatan Harapan would like to announce three new appointments. The presidential council has agreed to appoint Azmin as the election director to strengthen the election committee which is led by Muhyiddin," read the statement.
Other than Azmin, PKR Women chief Zuraida Kamaruddin was also elected as the head of Pakatan Harapan’s women’s wing.
Dr Mahathir also announced the appointment of Parti Amanah Negara president Mohamad Sabu as Pakatan Harapan's communication and mobilisation committee chairman.
