Viral: Instructor slaps, kicks trainee at technical institute in Kedah

ALOR STAR: A video clip, showing a male instructor purportedly slapping and kicking a trainee of a technical institute in Kubang Pasu district has gone viral on the social media today.
The one-minute-33 second-duration video, which was uploaded by a Facebook account user by the name of Zakqwan Taman Suria at 11am today, has garnered nearly 830,000 views.
He questioned the need for the instructor to use violence when teaching his students.
In the video, the instructor was seen showing and explaining to one of the students on ways to maintain an air-conditioning unit.
After a few steps, the man was heard raising his voice at the trainee before he suddenly slapped the youth's neck and kicked him several times before pulling his left ear.
The footage, shared by over 1,200 Facebook users, has drawn criticisms from netizens, who were furious over the instructor's harsh teaching method.
