IT SEEMS THAT SEXUAL PREDATORS CAN BE FOUND EVERYWHERE WE GO THESE DAYS.
A woman and her sister were in Berjaya Times Square shopping for skin care products at Watsons when they encountered a Voyeur and caught him red-handed.
The woman was shopping for skin-care products in Berjaya Times Square’s Watsons with her sister
They were busy electing skin care products from the shelves of Watsons when they realised the presence of a young man who was acting rather odd around them. He had been squatting on the floor by the shelves and kept looking at something though they didn’t know what.
Feeling suspicious, one of the women switched on her mobile phone and started to discreetly record a video of the young man while her sister stood at the other end of the shelves.
He caused more suspicion when he kept glancing back and forth from the shelves, as if looking out for potential witnesses
After 5-6 seconds of filming, the man suddenly crouched lower to peek under her sister’s skirt.
Immediately, she quickly confronted him; shouting out to him and asking “What do you think you’re doing?!”.
The young man got taken aback at the fact he got caught in the act and bolted from the scene. The woman who recorded the video gave chase and shouted to other shoppers and bystanders to stop him. He bumped into many surprised shoppers who didn’t know what was going on and only responded to the woman’s cries for help with a blank face. Because she was carrying too many shopping bags with her at the time, she couldn’t catch up to the man in time and he got away.

The woman and her sister have already reported the incident to the Security Department of Berjaya Times Square and have appealed to the public to help identify this man and report him to the police to keep other women on the streets safe. After all, he had already built up the courage to peek under women’s skirts in public. Who is to say that he won’t escalate and resort to stalking or raping women in the future?
There have been no leads on the young man as of now but we suspect that he may be a local
