Stomper Lim was eating at a dessert shop in People's Park Centre when this man suddenly sat in front of her, unzipped his pants and flashed his private parts.
The Stomper hopes to remind females to be more cautious if they happen to be in the area.
Lim said:
"Was eating at a dessert snack shop in People's Park Centre where a loony suddenly came in and sat in front of me.
"All of a sudden, he unzipped his pants and kept on flashing his private parts at me.
"After a few seconds, he walked towards the seat next to me. I got up and complained to the waitress. The loony then walked out of the shop.
"The reason I share this is to remind ladies out there to be careful if you see him in People's Park Centre!"
