A Malaysian search team is on its way to the area that new satellite images suggest could be the crash site of the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370.
Two US Navy vessels have reportedly been deployed to the area where the suspected wreckage has been pictured in the images, which is relatively close to the last known location of the passenger jet before it dropped off the radar between Malaysia and Vietnam on Saturday morning.
the coordinates of the satellite images also correlate with evidence released this morning that a New Zealand man working on an oil rig believed he saw the plane "come down" in flames.
