The act of reselling Coldplay concert tickets at multiples of the original price caught the attention of the Minister of Communications and Digital, Fahmi Fadzil.
KUALA LUMPUR: The act of reselling Coldplay concert tickets at multiples of the original price caught the attention of the Minister of Communications and Digital, Fahmi Fadzil.

He openly criticized the profiteers on his personal Twitter account, today.

"This is outrageous - the issue of tickets under the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost Sara "God willing, I will raise with minister Salehuddin Ayub," he said in the message.

Astro AWANI reported that tickets for the band's concert were sold out on Wednesday, a day after sales opened exclusively for CIMB card users.
One of the concert's promoters, Live Nation announced that ticket sales closed at about 1pm on Wednesday, less than four hours after general sales opened at 10am.
