PETALING JAYA: A 52nd-minute goal by Faisal Halim gave Malaysia a 1-0 victory over Myanmar in their opening Group B match in the AFF Mitsubishi Electric Cup at the Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon.
Earlier, Faisal Halim put Malaysia ahead after beating the goalkeeper one-on-one.
