Weekly fuel prices: RON95 and RON97 down 5 sen, diesel unchanged

PETALING JAYA: Fuel prices are down five sen while diesel remain unchanged for the first week of February.
In a statement, Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said RON95 is down from RM1.98 per litre to RM1.93 per litre while the price of RON97 decreased from RM2.28 per litre to RM2.23 per litre.
Additionally, Lim said the price of diesel remained unchanged at RM2.18 per litre.
The new prices will come into effect from midnight Friday (Feb 2) and will remain until Feb 8. The weekly fuel pricing mechanism came into effect in January this year.
