You can now tweet MCMC for Internet and mobile complaints

If there's something strange with your Internet, who you gonna tweet? The MCMC (Malaysian Communications And Multimedia Commission) React Twitter account, apparently.
The account, which was just set up this month, explains in its bio that it attends to complaints and questions for the MCMC on twitter, and has the tagline "Respond and Action".
To make a complaint, just mention @MCMCReact in the tweet.
Even Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo was spotted forwarding some complaints that had been sent to his Twitter account, @GobindSinghDeo.
The organisation recommends users to add pertinent details like their affected phone number or housing area (in the case of home broadband issues).
For complaints more complex than a 280 character-limit allows for, users are recommended to reach out to the MCMC through its helpline at 1800-18-8030, Whatsapp at 016-2206262 or email at aduanskmm@cmc.gov.my.
Although the account's first tweet was from July 6, it appears to have started responding to more queries over the last few days. As of press time, they are being followed by more than 300 people but this number is rising quickly.
A check of the tweets it replied to revealed customers complaining about a variety of issues, including spam calls, poor Internet connectivity and disagreements with their telcos.
The MCMC also has a website where users can file and track their complaints.
