KUALA LUMPUR: Eighteen Vietnamese women, believed to be working as guest relations officers (GROs), were nabbed during a raid on the Club De Zone KTV in Pandan Perdana here early this morning.
The women are aged between 20 and 34.
The federal police's Special Task Force for Anti-vice, Gaming and Gangsterism (Stagg) which conducted the operation at 1am also arrested five workers at the club, including two Bangladeshi waiters.
Stagg assistant director senior assistant commissioner Muhammed Hasbullah Ali said the club had abused its licence by offering sexual services to its patrons.
