BMW X5 up in flames near petrol station along MRR2

KUALA LUMPUR: A BMW X5 car went up in flames near a petrol station along the Kepong bound MRR2 Highway, this afternoon, but the driver was nowhere to be found.
Jinjang Fire and Rescue Department operations officer Mohd Zaini Omar said firefighters who arrived at the scene took about five minutes to douse the fire.
"When fire fighters arrived at the scene, the car was burning. The car was totally razed by the fire but there was no one inside the car," he told Bernama.
Mohd Zaini said six fire fighters and a fire engine were deployed to the scene after receiving a distress call at 3pm while the cause of the fire is being investigated. - Bernama
