Sick! Mother Who Mutilated Her 1-Year-Old Son Then Put His Private Parts On A Plate Believes She Killed A Doll

There are all kinds of sick people in this world, and the saddest thing is, the most sadistic of them all sometimes, are the ones closest to us.
Arjuna, one, was mutilated by his own mother Mutmainah,28, last Sunday (October 2), using a kitchen knife that had been sharpened.
The mother from Cengkareng, West Jakarta, cut five parts of her son − his ears, tongue, genitals and toes − gathered all parts and placed them on a plate, leaving a portion of his body lying intact on the bed.
“She placed all parts on a plate. The rest, I do not know exactly since I panicked at that time,” said community leader Suyadi who was called to the victim’s home and claimed he had photographs of the scene.
Her husband, Aipda Deny Siregar who was away for work in Central Jakarta for two days, only found out about the mutilated body of their son when he returned home. Their older daughter, aged two, was also found crying, bleeding from a cut at her ears.
Upon forcing the door open, Deny found Mutmainah naked, smiling next to the corpse. And when the police showed up to speak with her, she expressed that she would like to shower and pray.
The mother-of-two showed no remorse over her actions as she thought her son to be a doll, according to her older brother, Mohamad Wahidin, Detik.com reported.
“I asked, did you (Mutmainah) feel a sense of regret? ‘No, because I cut a doll’,” Wahidin told reporters after he questioned Mutmainah who was sent to the Kramat Jati Hospital to check on her mental health.
Wahidin also revealed his younger sister carried out the murder as part of a ‘ritual’ to cure their deaf sister, Nur.
He then told reporters how Mutmainah was depressed when she found out her husband was previously married with a family. She had earlier expressed to her family that she was unhappy and would like to divorce her husband.
While Mutmainah is still under investigation, Jakarta Metro Police Chief Mochamad Iriawan stated, “She (Mutmainah) practises black magic,” adding she is not fit and suffers from mental disorders because of it.
Although the motive of her killing is yet to be ascertained, the police confirmed Mutmainah has been hallucinating, saying she hears whispers in her ear telling her to mutilate her son Arjuna and her daughter, as well as argue with her husband for no reason.
Arjuna’s body has been buried on Monday night, while his mother will be charged under Article 338 of the Criminal Code on murder which carries a maximum punishment of 15 years’ imprisonment.
Meanwhile, Deny and his daughter who is traumatised by the incident, has left their home to stay with a police officer as investigation is underway.
