Lodin steps down as Affin Holdings deputy chairman



Lodin, who is LTAT's chief executive, has been AHB deputy chairman since July 2008.


KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin has ceased to be deputy chairman of Affin Holdings Bhd after more than eight years in the position.

The Armed Forces Fund Board’s (LTAT) financial services arm said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that Lodin, 67, stepped down due to “completion of directorship.”

Lodin, who is LTAT's chief executive, became director of AHB in July 1986. He was appointed as its managing director in February 1991 and redesignated as deputy chairman in July 2008.

The Bursa filing did not announce his successor or why his contract was not renewed.

Lodin is at present the chairman of Boustead Heavy Industries Corp Bhd, Boustead Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd, Pharmaniaga Bhd and MHS Aviation Bhd as well as the deputy chairman and group mnaging director of Boustead Holdings Berhad.
