Cop breaks arm after ramming into car
KUALA LUMPUR: A traffic policeman riding a motorcycle broke his left arm after he rammed into a car at the intersection of Jalan Stonor and Jalan Kia Peng here.
City traffic investigation and legal affairs staff officer Deputy Supt Shafie Daud said the incident occurred at about 10.30am on Monday when the policeman's motorcycle collided with the Mercedes-Benz vehicle.
He said the policeman was on an assignment from Grand Hyatt Hotel heading to Subang Airport, adding that the car driver was unhurt.
DSP Shafie said the policeman was sent to Kuala Lumpur Hospital for treatment.
