A Royal and Classic Malaysian cuisine promotion will be held at the Mosaic, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Kuala Lumpur from April 3rd to 9th, 2016 hosted by the iconic Malaysian Celebrity Chef, Chef Wan.

2009's  Best Celebrity Television Chef in the world winner, Chef Wan or Datuk Redzuawan Ismail needs no introduction. He has done it all in the culinary world but is still as humble as ever and constantly working & evolving to do more. 


 In conjunction with this authentic promotion, Chef Wan's prestigous book "THE BEST OF CHEF WAN, TASTE OF MALAYSIA" will be on sale at the hotel.



Malaysia's Culinary Ambassador and Asia's most notable chef, Chef Wan shares 138 of his favourite Asian recipes in his latest book, The Best of Chef Wan.
