Woman Beaten Up And Mugged, Then Attackers Return To Rob Her A Second Time
Erene Sia from Plentong had shared her ordeal on the Facebook page of JBTalks yesterday about the robbers who had approached her near the Tesco outlet in Plentong then snatched her car keys and punched her in the face repeatedly before going into her car to steal her belongings.
What was more terrifying for Erene was when the robbers returned after a few minutes to demand for her iPhone after realizing it was not in her stolen handbag.
Facebook page JB Talk reported that Erene required 10 stitches for the injuries sustained during the two robbery attempts.
Apart from warning and alerting the others of the incident by posting pictures of her disfigured and bloodied face, the gutsy lady has decided to stand up against such violations of personal safety by posting rewards for anyone who can retrieve her handphone and capture her assailants.
‘”I had to get 10 stiches on my face to fix myself up! I hope that all women will learn from my experience and stay safe at all times.
“Also, I hope that everyone helps me share this post as there is valuable information in my mobile phone. In the album posted along with this status, there is a photo of my iPhone’s serial number.
“Whoever finds my phone and returns it to me, I will award them with a RM2000 reward. However, if someone catches the robber and returns my phone to me, I will reward them with RM5000. I sincerely hope that everyone can help me out!”
Anyone with information regarding the incident or with information that can lead to the arrest of the robbers, do not hesitate to contact Erene at : 012-969838.
