The 16-year-old accused leaving the courtroom in Klang after pleading guilty.
KLANG: A minor pleaded guilty to raping an underage girl, who had admitted to having staged her abduction, at the juvenile court here.
The 16-year-old, who could not be named, was brought before Magistrate Nor Asma Ahmad with both his parents present on Thursday.
He was charged under Section 376(1) of the Penal Code with raping the 15-year-old in Bandar Sultan Suleiman here at noon in December 2014.
Nor Asma fixed fixed bail at RM1,000 with two sureties and Jan 14 for mention pending a Welfare Department report.He was also ordered to report to the nearest police station every fortnight.
DPP Syed Farid prosecuted.
On Wednesday, the girl pleaded guilty in a juvenile court here to providing false information to police.
