Everton and Manchester United agree £27.5m deal for Marouane Fellaini
The window has closed but Everton and Manchester United have agreed a £27.5m deal for the transfer of Marouane Fellaini to Old Trafford

Manchester United are expected to announce the signing of Marouane Fellaini from Everton imminently for £27.5million.
Sportsmail understands David Moyes will finally be reunited with his man after a long summer chase, helped by the fact the Belgian handed in a transfer request earlier in the day.

In a setback for United though, a deal fell through for Athletic Bilbao midfielder Ander Herrera.

In another surprise:

Fabio Coentrao has joined Manchester United from Real Madrid on a season-long loan.

The 25-year-old Portugal left-back has been frozen out of Real Madrid this season, failing to make a league appearance after losing his place in the side to Marcelo last term.
United went for Coentrao after failing to secure a deal for Everton's Leighton Baines.

Manager David Moyes secured the deal at the 11th hour after the transfer window shut on Monday night.

However, reports from Spain suggest the paperwork for the deal may not have been completed in time for the deadline.
