PEMUDAH reinforces its role with appointments of new members

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 5 -- The Special Taskforce to Facilitate Business (PEMUDAH) has reinforced its role as the public-private sector's collaborative platform with the appointments of new members from the government and industry.
Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) said in a statement that three secretary generals have been appointed to PEMUDAH, namely Datuk Seri Mohammad Mentek from the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia, Datuk Wira Dr Noor Zari Hamat from the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, and Datuk Haslina Abdul Hamid from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.
Meanwhile, the newly appointed members from the private sector are president of Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF), Datuk Dr Syed Hussain Syed Husman; president of Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM), Tan Sri Sufri Mohd Zin; and president of National Council of Women’s Organisation (NCWO), Prof Emerita Tan Sri Sharifah Hapsah Syed Hasan Shahabudin
