Doctor beaten up for allegedly having an affair lodges police report

KAJANG: The doctor in a viral video that showed him being beaten up for allegedly having a relationship with another man's wife has lodged a police report.
The report was confirmed by Kajang OCPD Asst Comm Ahmad Dzaffir Mohd Yussof in a statement issued on Saturday (Oct 5).
"The report was made on Friday (Oct 4) at around 3.45pm. The doctor's face and body were beaten when he was in his clinic in Bandar Baru Bangi," he said.
ACP Ahmad Dzaffir added that the cause of the incident was still under police investigation.
Those with information on the incident are urged to contact investigating officer Insp Fahrul Anuar at 014-370 0870, or their nearest police station.
Earlier on Saturday, a two-minute-and-20-second video made its way onto social media.
A man can be seen repeatedly attacking the doctor in his office while shouting profanities.
Another man, who was recording the video, can be heard saying that the doctor had been meeting up with a married woman and that the man who beat him up was her husband.
