Sin Chew Daily reported that the woman caught her 38-year-old husband raping their 15-year-old daughter on 17 December.
Seberang Prai Tengah district police chief ACP Nik Ros Azhan Nik Ab Hamid confirmed that the man has been arrested following a police report lodged by the woman.

According to Nik Ros, the woman was trying to find out who her husband was cheating on her with
The woman had left her home at 7am on 17 December and returned 20 minutes later to confirm her suspicions.
Nik Ros added that the 40-year-old then caught her husband with their daughter, who was half-naked.
Oriental Daily reported that the woman then lodged a police report against her husband.
The man, who works as a welder, will be facing two charges in the Butterworth Court Complex today, 27 December
He is being investigated under Section 376A of the Penal Code for incest, and Section 14 of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act for physical sexual assault on a child.
Sin Chew Daily reported that the man has a criminal record consisting of three theft and drug-related offences.
