PUTRAJAYA: The Cabinet has agreed to reduce the electricity tariff with the imbalance cost pass-through (ICPT) of 2.25sen/ kWh beginning March 1.
The reduced tariff are for users consuming 300kW/h and more monthly.
Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili (pic)said consumers can expect a saving of between RM13.50 and RM45 on their monthly bills.
The reduced tariffs are valid till June 30.
