Jennifer Lopez stole the show in an abs-flashing frock on the American Music Awards 2014 red carpet in LA last night.

Jennifer Lopez stole the show at the AMAs [Rex]The 45-year-old mother of two flaunted her insanely toned abs in a cut-out Reem Acra dress that featured bandage panelling to the waist.

Taking the spotlight away from her younger counterparts (Taylor and Selena both made appearances), J-Lo looked half her age on the red carpet.

The glamorous American Idol judge teamed her blush-pink designer frock with studded Louboutin heels and a cream box clutch.

Jennifer kept her locks back away from her face, showcasing a sleek look at the roots and a voluminous hairstyle down the lengths and ends.

[Rex]Her make-up was pretty heavy for the red carpet (some even labelled her 'racoon eyes') but we reckon she looked phenomenal.
