He was arrested at 3pm when he appeared to testify at the Kuala Lumpur MACC office.
Sources said the suspect, aged in his 50s, was arrested to help investigate a fraud case related to Jana Wibawa.
He said the suspect will be brought to the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate's Court at 9am tomorrow for the purpose of applying for remand.
Meanwhile, Kuala Lumpur MACC Director Razaliah Ab Rahman when contacted to confirm the arrest said the case was investigated in accordance with Section 16(a) of the MACC Act 2009.
