PETALING JAYA: Police have arrested a 69-year-old man for allegedly forcing one of his two Indonesian maids to be his sex slave at his home in Subang Jaya here.
Subang Jaya police chief ACP Mohammad Azlin Sadari said that the suspect, whose wife is in a coma, was picked up last Wednesday along with his 30-year-old daughter, but the woman was released on police bail.
He also said that the man had allegedly made video recordings of his sex acts with the 25-year-old maid.The woman had been working for him since 2012 and had valid travel documents.
"We believe the maid was forced to be a sex slave over the past four years," he told a news conference at the Subang Jaya police headquarters.
The other maid, who did not have valid travel papers, was unharmed, he said.
Mohammad Azlin said the two maids stayed in the same house where the wife of the suspect had been in a coma for over five years.
"The abused maid has been sent to the Indonesian Embassy prior to being taken to the shelter for witnesses in Johor Baru," he said.
Mohammad Azlin said the police also seized a hard disc, seven memory cards and two CDs believed to contain video recordings of the sex acts. - Bernama
