Ramadan 2017 Buka Puasa / Iftar Buffet at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Kuala Lumpur with Chef Wan from RM148.00 onwards

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Kuala Lumpur's Buka Puasa Buffet is being offered at RM148.00 from May 27 to June 2, 2017.  You can always be assured of some great tasting fare at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel KL.

On the same note, this season, the special highlight at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel will be their exclusive collaboration with celebrity Chef Wan preparing his sumptuous buka puasa favourites from 3 to 11 June, 2017. Don't miss the special collaboration as diners will get to sample his delicious cuisine as well as meeting him in person. The dinner is priced at RM178.00 (Diamond Ballroom) and RM218.00 (Mosaic)

The culinary brigade at Mosaic Restaurant led by Chef Zuber and Chef Kamaruddin is showcasing a variety of authentic local dishes and a variety of International favourites to give diners a taste of home this fasting month, a time when Malaysians gather with friends and families to celebrate togetherness.

Break fast with an extravagant spread of inviting appetizers, delightful mains and delectable desserts with more than 50 appealing dishes laid out on the buffet. Diners are spoilt with savoury highlights.

The highlights on traditional Malay cuisine, including lemang pulut hitam, ketupat, serunding daging, murtabak chicken & beef, bubur lambuk, noodles soup, traditional rice platter, lamb kuzi, Rendang daging and many more.

Look out for signature dishes from various states in Malaysia and countries. In additional to an authentic Malay fare, patrons can also choose from a selection of Indian, Western, Chinese and Japanese cuisine, so there is something for everyone.

Sweet tooths can look out for traditional Malay desserts such as nyonya juicy, sweetened green bean porridge, black sticky rice in coconut palm sugar, sticky date pudding, fresh fruits with assorted dips, dried fruits and many more including western delicacies.

Patrons can also rehydrate and enjoy the many varieties of local speciality beverages such as soda bandung, teh bunga, soya bean, sugar cane, teh tarik, Nescafé tarik and many more during this special month.
