15 Richest Brands in the World in 2015


Say what you will about capitalism but it’s a hell of a way to bring in a nice cash flow. Today we’re going to look at the richest of the rich, the cream of the crop, the MONEY MAKERS. We present: the 15 richest companies in 2015 

15. Cisco

Cisco is among the most innovative companies on the planet. Whether you know it or not, Cisco has a hand in nearly everything your probably own and works with some of the biggest companies on the planet to supply them with innovative connectivity and communication solutions. They’re worth $27 billion.

14. Louis Vuitton

Oh the iconic LV. Everyone wants something by Louis Vuitton. And why not? Not only are their products well designed but they’re also incredibly well constructed. Using only premium materials, they’re a hot choice among affluent and regular customers alike. The company is also worth a cool $28 billion.

13. Amazon.com

Fun fact. Amazon is named Amazon because it’s an extension of the term finding everything from A-Z. A-Z is no exaggeration either. Amazon is responsible for having their hands in literally all kinds of products. Recently the company has even built a name for itself by creating home products. They’re worth $28 billion.

12. AT&T

A multimedia juggernaut, AT&T is much more than a telecom provider thee days. Having expanded to home internet,home cable and business grade solutions, AT&T is making quite the pretty penny around the world. This is getting even bigger soon as AT&T just signed off on a few deals that are going to make things even crazier. They’re worth $29 billion

11. Disney
You may think of mouse ears when you think of Disney World – but it’s so much more than that. Known for their services as an amusement park, television channel curator and, well, pretty much anything you can imagine, the most magical company on earth is also one of the richest sitting at a cool $34 billion,

10. Facebook

You probably have it open in another tab now. If not you have the app on your phone – either way you probably have access to the multi billion dollar site in one way or another. They make their money primarily through advertising. These days, they’re worth something in the area of $36 billion.

9. General Electric

Not too surprising perhaps, but General Electric is generally the richest company around – see what we did there? General Electric not only supplies electricity but they make millions of consumer and business grade products that are of the highest quality. They also have  huge hand in NBC. They’re at about $37 Billion

8. Toyota

Known around the world, Toyota is a massively successful car company that not only has its hands in cars but in trucks, bikes, scooters and a sickening plethora of other products that are simply too numerous to name. Lest we forget their wide array of robotics. Toyota is worth $37 billion this year.


7. Samsung

 

Though Android has been along for quite a long time, there’s something to be said of Samsung’s massive success as an Android OEM. Of course it should be noted that Samsung also have their hands in many household appliances. From refrigerators to toasters to foot massagers: is it any wonder that they’re worth upwards $38 billion

6. McDonald’s
We bet they’re loving it! McDonald’s is responsible for spreading their food across the globe – hell even to barely inhabited locales. Revolutionizing the way food is created, served and defined, its not wonder McDonalds is worth upwards $39 million. All those patties have to be worth something right?

5. IBM

Computers. Computers. Computers. IBM is another massive empire that made it’s extreme fortune off of a slew of technological progress. IBM reshaped the way we use computers, read codes, and construct software. They’re still live and well today at a cool 54 billion dollars.

4. Coca-Cola

Coca-Cola. Where don’t they have Coca Cola? Nowhere that’s where. Tasty and far and away the tastiest soda around, Coca-Cola dominates the beverage market with their classic cola and their wide array of fruity and citrusy drinks. Not to mention their many other products. $56 billion is what they’re worth.

3. Google

Google is the biggest search engine around. But it wasn’t always that way. Google made a point to expand beyond their reach as a search engine and became one of the biggest content aggregators on the freakin’ planet. They have a mobile OS, they have a phone line. They have it all!

2. Microsoft

Worth 69 billion, by the numbers the odds are high that you have a Microsoft device. From video games to phones to essential home and office supplies, Microsoft has pretty much covered the entire planet in their products. Again, that’s $69 BILLION.

1. Apple

You had to know it was coming. Apple is the biggest most accepted company on the planet. They’re worth over 145 billion. THat’s enough to give everyone on the planet $23. To what do they owe their success? The iPhone, the Mac, the iPod, the Apple Watch. I mean, need we go on? They’re worth almost too much money at this point. Perhaps the biggest accomplishment in the history of Apple has been the company’s ability to make consumers feel as if they have to own certain products.
