Teen admits to molesting tourist

BALIK PULAU: All she wanted from a teenage boy were directions to a place called Monkey Beach and what the French woman got was more than his “monkey business”.
The 18-year-old embraced, kissed and groped her breasts and tried to undress her by force last Thursday.
The teenager pleaded guilty at a magistrate’s court to molesting the 35-year-old tourist at the Penang National Park in Teluk Bahang.
In pleading for a lower bail, the teenager’s 44-year-old father told the court that he worked as a mechanic and had five children to feed.
The teenager also admitted to an alternative charge of dishonest possession of a stolen motorcycle at the Jalan Tengah traffic light in Bayan Baru at 5.05pm on May 30, 2012.
The magistrate set bail at RM2,000 in one surety for each charge and fixed April 21 for mention pending a probation report.
