Female exec wins RM27mil in Toto jackpot

PETALING JAYA: A female executive in her 30s has won RM27mil in the Toto 4D Jackpot 1, making her among the youngest Toto millionaires.

The winner from Kuala Lumpur had waged on the winning combination of 5757 and 1113 which originated from her licences, car number plates and other meaningful dates.

Unlike other jackpot winners, the woman walked into Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn Bhd’s head office unaccompanied, saying she could handle the situation without having to disrupt the schedule of her husband and other family members.

Sports Toto, in a statement, said the winner of Tuesday’s draw came across as bubbly, cool and calm.

The winner had waged on Toto 4D Jackpot System 10 with 10 sets of 4D numbers.

This gave her 45 pairs of 4D numbers or 45 winning chances.

As a result, she won an additional RM2,688 from 16 sets of the third prize.

She said her newfound fortune would be more than enough to fulfil a long wishlist, including her children’s education, along with a sports car and branded accessories for herself.

She also intends to retire when she reaches the age of 45, saying that she would keep half of the fortune for that purpose.
