Shanghai’s revered celebrity star chef Eduardo Vargas is now at The Westin Kuala Lumpur, bringing with him an exciting experience of Peruvian cuisine from 27th November to 7th December 2013.
Chef Eduardo is the owner and chef of the finest Peruvian cuisine restaurants in Shanghai including Azul Tapas, Ceviche and Chicha Lounge that brings an eclectic mix of Peruvian cuisine with European and Asian influences.
Now, The Westin KL has invited the renowned chef to showcase the delights of Peruvian cuisine in a 10-day feast in Malaysia, including a gala dinner, a cooking masterclass to special a la carte and tapas menu.

The 10-day Peruvian feast kicked off with an extravagant Gala Dinner at the Grand Ballroom of The Westin KL with an exquisite six-course menu to give guests a taste of South America, along with a live cooking demo by the chef himself.
The Gala Dinner priced at RM 298 ++ per person, included wine pairing with Miguel Torres wines, cocktails, tapas and a six course menu that included Peruvian Inspired Tuna, Prawn, Squid, Cod Fish & Lobster and Beef Dishes.
The Venue was filled with wonderful pictures detailing the history and culture of Peru. The Embassy Of Peru even flew in a Peruvian Musician to play his traditional Peruvian flute and this added a classy touch to the whole event.
